In my opinion, Kenya’s government and private sector must prioritize export diversification as a key component of the country’s economic strategy. This requires a concerted effort to invest in infrastructure, improve access to finance for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and create an enabling environment for new industries to thrive.
