In my opinion, addressing the challenges of an aging population in Kenya requires a multi-faceted approach. While this demographic shift presents significant challenges, it also offers an opportunity to build a more inclusive and supportive society. By investing in pension systems, healthcare, age-friendly environments, social support, and intergenerational relationships, Kenya can create a framework that ensures its elderly population lives with dignity and respect.
