In my opinion, the pervasive influence of Western beauty standards in Kenya is problematic because it undermines the rich diversity of African beauty and imposes a homogeneous ideal that does not resonate with the majority of Kenyan women. It is essential for Kenyan women to recognize that beauty is not a one-size-fits-all concept and that their natural features are not only valid but also beautiful.
