In my opinion, the preservation of indigenous languages in Kenya is crucial not just for the communities that speak them, but for the nation as a whole. Losing these languages means losing a significant part of Kenya’s cultural diversity. It is akin to losing the unique lenses through which different communities view and interact with the world.
