In my opinion, Kenya’s healthcare system stands at a critical juncture where embracing technology is essential for overcoming its current challenges. I believe that telemedicine, mobile health applications, and advanced data analytics offer powerful tools to bridge the gap in access to healthcare and improve the quality of services across the country. However, I also recognize that for these technological solutions to be effective, we must invest in the necessary infrastructure and ensure that both healthcare providers and patients are equipped with the digital literacy skills needed to navigate this new landscape. If we can address these issues, I am confident that Kenya’s healthcare system can become more inclusive, efficient, and capable of meeting the diverse needs of our population.
