In my opinion, men’s health needs to be treated with the same urgency and attention as women’s health. We must create an environment where men feel comfortable talking about their health, both physical and mental, without fear of judgment. This starts with education—teaching boys and men from a young age about the importance of routine check-ups, early detection of diseases, and maintaining mental well-being. Public health campaigns should also target men specifically, addressing issues like prostate health, heart disease prevention, and mental health awareness.
